Giving meaning to the experience and sustenance to the soul

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.”

“Rest is the conversation between what we love to do and how we love to be.”

Restorative yoga is a deeply soothing inward form of yoga where the body is placed in highly therapeutic postures that are supported with soft bolsters, blocks and cozy blankets while the mind is invited to slow down. The result is a state of relaxation much deeper than traditional sleep.

Enjoy this relaxing journey as heated basalt stones are gently placed on the body during these deep soothing restorative poses The heat from the stones gently penetrates into muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax in blissful luxury.
